Westcott iPoint Commercial Heavy Duty Electric Sharpener is perfect for office, school or home. Heavy duty with a substantial cord. Has various settings for various pencil sizes. Has a large reservoir that easily pulls out to be emptied. I found it to work well. Sharpened pencils nicely and quickly.

Works quickly and efficiently!
The Westcott iPoint Commercial Heavy Duty Electric Sharpener has been a wonderful addition to my classroom. We have used it for a number of different sized pencils and it sharpens to a perfect tip, both quietly and quickly. I was so happy with this one that I have let my husband take it to his work so that he can try it out. I am sure he will want one as well.

Great pencil sharpener
I really like that you are able to sharpen larger (thicker) pencils. You can turn the dial to the width of the pencil you are wanting to sharpen. It sharpens the pencils very nicely and stops running when the pencil is sharp. It is larger then most sharpeners and would be great for industrial use.

Love This Sharpener!
My family loves to use colored pencils on adult color books, sketches and crafts. We all have our own sets of colored pencils and this sharpener did great with all of them. It is easy to use and love the variety of hole sizes. This heavy duty sharpener will be well used in our household!

Multi-hole dial in a pencil sharpener Yes Please!!
I have this sharpener in my craft room. I have to have sharp fabric pencils, if not the pressure on the fabric can warp the grain before I sew it. I love this sharpener. With all the different sized quilting pencils, marking tools, etc. I will use it constantly.

AWWWESOME!!!
The day it arrived every single pencil (of every kind) needed sharpening!! Plugged it into the closest outlet, grabbed the closest pencil and shoved it in the sharpener. It started and then just stopped!! Then I looked at the pencil. OMGosh!!....it was perfectly sharpened in about 3 seconds and shut off!! I rushed to gather all the pencils I could find (about 50)...big, small, adults, kids, colored and not. Just as I finished my husband came in from the shop, looked at all the perfectly sharpened pencils, of every kind, lined up nicely in a row on the table and with a grin he asks, "What are you doing?" Smiling from ear-to-ear, I explain with a wave of my hand over the the row of pencils on the table, "All done in 4 minutes...or less."
He took the AWWWWESOME pencil sharpener to the shop!! He was smiling from ear-to-ear too when he came back in and said, "Every single 'marking item' is just like brand new again!" We are both very happy with it!! And have already recommended it to others!!
BTW...works on crayons as well!!

What's not to like. Great for the classroom - Antimicrobial dial, super fast sharpening- safety cutoff if the reservoir is removed, designed for high volume school and office use. Sturdy metal base, overheat protection. Worth buying for the school or office.

This is the Best!
This iPoint heavy duty classroom sharpener can't be beat! Auto stop feature, the large shaving reservoir and mult-hole dial is a must have for any office or classroom.The overheat protection keeps it from burning out too!

What does the warranty cover and how do you use it?

This product is covered under a manufacturer's limited ten year warranty, attached to this response is an image with the full instructions as to how to use and maintain the product.
Westcott sharpeners are warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the original package.
Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use or neglect IS NOT covered. Defective products will be replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value at the sole discretion of Acme United Corporation.

Is this sharpener recommended for use with colored pencils too? Does it have an automatic shut off when the pencils are sharp?
We do not recommend using colored pencils with this sharpener.
