Paper Party Pom Pom

What's Needed:
- Westcott 8" Titanium Bonded Scissors #13529
- Westcott 6" Spring Assist
- Tissue Paper
- String

Steps:
1) Gather all your supplies.
2) Lay 5 sheets of tissue paper onto your work surface. Fold the layers of tissue paper accordion style.
3) Cut a piece of string with the Westcott 6" Spring Assist.
4) Tie the string around the paper in the center. Then cut the edges so they are rounded with Westcott 8" TItanium Bonded scissors.
5) Carefully separate each layer of tissue paper until you have a nice fluffy ball.
Adult supervision is recommended when children use scissors.
