I purchased a new Westcott iPoint battery operated pencil sharpener at Michaels. Regardless of how many new batteries I try (and yes - even tried them reversed) the sharpener does not work with any variety. What is wrong ?

Cable don’t plug any more on the iPoint Aura. It seems if it doesn’t fit anymore. Please help.

I recently bought this product and when I used it once ,after that time it seems to wanna stay on and not use the pressure system . It just keeps going with nothing inside

I brought a ipoint AURA westcott never used but it doesn't have a cord at the bottom it has Atok on the bottom can you help I throw away the package but no cord .
