How do you put the pencil sharpener back together. Mind dropped one time so I bought a new one and I wanted to swap the big plastic piece on the new one and now I can’t fit the metal pieces in right. How do I fix it?
We do not recommend taking apart our sharpeners for safety reasons.

How do you load the batteries?
To load the batteries in, please flip the pencil sharpener upside down, there should be a plastic latch which you can lift up which opens the battery compartment.

How do you open the container to empty shavings
The X-Ray has a door by the sharpening device that can be pulled out.
