Must have for your crafting needs
This is perfect for straight line paper cutting and vinyl cutting down rolls. I buy my Oracle 651 one in rolls and love that i can quickly cut off a 12x12 piece quickly in a straight line. I do have a cutting mat with measurements so I don't have to worry about surface placement when using.

Great cutter
I received this product in exchange for an honest review. This product is an excellent rotary cutter for all crafters. I make quilts...therefore, I do a lot of fabric cutting. This product was easy to use, very sharp, and cut through multiple layers of fabric.

Perfect for any sewing project.
I wasn’t so sure if this would work out for my sewing needs but I’m glad I tried it, so simple to use and works way better for my clumsy self. I was extra careful so I didn’t hurt myself so overall I prefer this over cutting like I usually do.

Great for precision cutting!
When I need a cutting tool for precision, angles and several layers, these are so much better than scissors. I would highly recommend, and they are super sharp, so you don't have to worry that you don't get the cut the first time.

Smooth Cutting!

Needs to explain uses a little better
When I received it I opened it up and was very satisfied with the sharpness. At the time I had no practical use for the tool. Christmas! I the tool out of my drawer and wow it was better than scissors in cutting wrapping paper!

A must if you sew!
see! Bought this a month ago for my aunty to use. She does quite a bit of sewing, and makes her own clothes. This makes it easier to use than a big bulky set of scissors. I am surprised at how well it works. My aunty luvs it.

Wonderful piece of equipment!
I’ve never seen a product like this! My daughter uses it to make clothing for all of her dolls and absolutely loves it. I’ve even used it to cut some canvass that I used to make a new boat cover. This thing is awesome.

I have a different brand that I don't want to list that I had been using n the past but with that one it doesn't have the great safety shield my Westcott does. Its a great size that allows for great control. Perfect!!

My rotary cutter came as part of a set, a fabric scissor and the rotary cutter. My handle has a floral design. I wasn't able to test it on fabric, but it wasn't able to cut paper. The blade was very tight.

Sharp AND Safe
Tried this out on a 10 page pad of paper, using an old magazine below to protect the counter. Cut beautifully, right thru into the magazine! The blade guard is quite ingenious, simple flips out of the way.

I really like this cutter. It took a minute to figure out how to retract the protective cover but It is easy once you get the hang of it. I use it to open boxes. I bet it would be great for leatherwork too.

Why can't I buy replacement blades at the same store where I bought the cutter?

How do you change the blade?

How does the washer go back on? Top, bottom, inside the blade outside the blade? It doesn't say which way it goes, it's a total nightmare!

Trying to put mine back together. Where does the metal washer go on - the front or back? Which way should the bow in the washer be facing?
The link did not answer the question at all. None of the documentation or pictures show the washer. I found a youtube video for a competing brand that showed where the washer goes - on the back, bowed side to the blade, cup side facing the nut.

How 2 move the bla de 2 cut.
In order to cut with this blade, slide down the cover to expose the blade. Then slide across the fabric like a pizza cutter.
