I Really Liked This Product
I needed a smallish and inexpensive paper trimmer for quilling projects. Most paper trimmers I looked at were large and quite expensive, I purchased this because of the price, my thought was that if it did not meet my needs I would not have spent to much money. I wss very pleased to discover that it not only did the job well it was incredibly easy to use and because it is small it is easy to store and I am thrilled that the replacement blades are easy to find and very inexpensive. I did use several layers of tape to create a stop at the 1/4 inch mark (the size of paper strips I use for quilling) to make it easier to cut and then push the paper forward for the next cut. Thank you for this it makes my hobby much more enjoyable and easy.

Cuts nice lines, but you have to eyeball cuts
The cutting blade cuts nicely. The scoring blade needs to be run over your paper a few times to make a neat score that you can accurately fold on.The issue I ran into is having to eyeball my cuts. The measuring lines probably work well if you are cutting a piece of paper to a certain dimension from its existing edge; however, I need to cut along the edges of printed photos and other prints (such as bookmark samples). In order to cut to the outside edge of items such as these, I have to estimate where the cut line will be, which is just under 1/8" past the cutting guide.I needed to make several cuts to get close enough to the edge of my printout. Eventually, I would either luck out and be at the edge or have a sliver of white that the cutter could no longer trim without tattering the edge. At this point, I had to resort to scissors. My cuts are more accurate with my other cutters, and a guessing game with this one. It's back to cutting with a blade and ruler for me.The cutting guide is also not truly perpendicular to the paper guide. When I place the paper flush to the paper guide, the blade does not cut at 90 degrees. This product lacks the accuracy and precision needed to be useful. On the plus side, it does have a nice feel to it that suggests quality materials.

Good Cut - Bad Indicator
This cutter cuts good, however, it is very difficult to cut exactly where you want as the ruler is about 1/8" away from where it cuts. I wouldn't buy this item again. I have had cheaper cutters that line up perfectly.

Perfect For Home Use
I use this to cut pictures and recipe cards to size. That works great. The one thing I did not like about this trimmer was changing the cutting pad. There are no instructions or indicators as to which screws to take off so it can be done. Also when we needed to change the cutting blade it was not clear which type to buy. I went by looks, not by part number, which we did not have.
