This Ruler Rules!
Rulers are important to so many jobs in a classroom, so finding a good, sturdy straightedge is a necessity. This ruler is a good choice because the metal makes it easy to draw a good straight line. It is also easily held down in the place you need to draw.

Professional Quality
I worked for a newspaper in the late 1980s. We used a metal ruler to measure the size of type while laying out advertisements. I liked the ruler but it was not marked in inches. This is the quality I loved but is much more useful.

Great metal ruler
I use this in my craft room and it does the job. It’s super light and has a little flex, but the metal edges are great for my rotary cutter to make straight cuts, without digging into plastic ones.

This is a handy ruler. It's flexible so you can measure things that have a slight curve. It has bold print so you see it clearly and it has a hole on the end so you can hang it on a peg board.

No bells or whistles here just a classic aluminum ruler. It gets all the basics done but wouldn't recommend it for the kids - go with plastic or a light wooden ruler to avoid any scrapes.
