Fun sharpener!
This cute ‘apple-sized’ pencil sharpener has become a fun addition to the kids art area. Light, compact and easy to operate, even with battery power only this little guy sharpens pencils well with a fun glow. I found it worked best while holding on flat hard surface and pushing down for an even point - we’ve used on #2’s and colored pencils with great success. I think the kids are coloring more just to be able to sharpen again!

Coolest Pencil Sharpener Ever!
I am not a fan of battery powered pencil sharpeners, but this one is the coolest sharpener I have ever owned! Actually, for a battery powered sharpener, it is very powerful. I’ve sharpened about a dozen pencils and it sharpened them quickly and evenly, with a nice point. The changing light is so much fun!! It’s my favorite battery powered sharpener!

Glowing neon lights!!
So I thought this pencil sharpener would be fun for my little students in their writing area. I liked the pod shape and upon trying it, the changing light colors are very cool. Never been a fan of battery operated sharpeners for they never seem to work well enough. I figured with my love of Westcott scissors this sharpener may not disappoint me and … I was right! Motor is strong and fast and the sharp double blade works quickly. I think I’m keeping this one on MY desk.

Great Little Sharpener!
LOVE this sharpener! It is bigger than it looks. The size of a big apple. It works beautifully and wonderfully! It is compact, extremely easy to use, and low and behold it DOES the only job it was made to do. It sharpens all pencils easily. It takes 2 seconds to re-sharpen a pencil. It takes 4 AA batteries that are easy to install. Nice even sharpening on all sides with equal lead exposure. No more turning the pencil to find a "good side" of the pencil.

Fun, Funky, Sharpener
This is a fun little sharpener. My kids love the fact that it lights up. In fact they both wanted it for themselves. The only issue I have with this sharpener is sometimes it gets bogged down if you press to hard. Not an issue for me, but as a parent to younger kids, it is sometimes hard to keep them from pressing the pencil in full force. Again, not really a design flaw (more of a kid flaw).

The Westcott iPoint Glow Color Changing Battery Sharpener is a good size that fits in small places. It is sharpens fairly well but sometimes the pencil sticks when sharpening. The glow is a fun addition to the sharpener. Also, it runs on AA batteries but it takes 4 which I feel is too many. Overall I like the look and style and it does sharpen well.

Super cute and compact pencil sharpener
I absolutely Love this cute little pencil sharpener. It is very small so it is super easy to carry with you on the go whether you’re going to school or lab or just going to the arts and crafts room. It comes with a canister to hold all the pencil sharpener shavings, so there’s never a mess.
