Good Product But Inaccurate Guides
I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT TO CUT CARD STOCK FOR MY OWN GREETING CARDS. IT HAS A VERY GOOD BLADE, CUTS A CLEAN LINE, AND IS HEAVY ENOUGH THAT IT DOESN'T MOVE AROUND. HOWEVER, I FOUND THAT IF I LINE UP THE PAPER USING THE TOP AND SIDE PAPER GUIDES, IT DOES NOT CUT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE. CUTTING AN 8.5" BY 11" SHEET IN TWO DOES NOT PROVIDE TWO EQUAL PIECES OF STOCK. I'M COMPENSATING BY USING ONLY THE VERTICAL LINES, BUT IT MAKES CUTTING A LONGER AND MORE TEDIOUS PROCESS. NO RESPONSE FROM WESTCOTT AFTER TWO EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS DEFECT. NOT GOOD.

Great Product!
No set-up required. Good for small scrapbooking type projects. Only con- the plastic "protector" that keeps fingers away from blade is easy to break. It doesnt actually lock in place very well, so when i went to put it back in the slots i must have pushed 'too hard' because it broke the tabs.

I agree with Cardmaker...
Sturdy product but lack of replacement parts, especially the safety guard, make this a hard item to re-purchase. Cardmaker, I accidently said that your review was no good but it is spot on. My apologies! Tried to undo but no go. Customer service was quick but no resolution to problem.

We recently purchased one of these trimmers (12" Titanium), and the blade bound up on me. Unknowingly, I tried to cut harder only to find out the blade had a nick in it- that I now made worse. How do I go about fixing this? It doesn't seem serviceable.

At this time, we unfortunately do not offer any customization of this product/s.

Can I buy the entire titanium cutting mechanism & base? The cutting arm broke off.

Your paper trimmer is covered by a limited 10 year manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a copy of a dated receipt, then please email [email protected] with a copy of that receipt, a picture of your pencil sharpener, and your best shipping address that is not a PO Box.
If you do not have the proof of purchase, please return the sharpener to us at the address below. Also include a copy of this message and note the return address (P.O. Box not accepted). Once we have received this we will be happy to complete your claim and send you a replacement.

My plastic guard will not stay in place. It keeps poppling off Any thoughts?
