Look What's on Top
This hot glue gun may be on the small size, but I was able to use it for a variety of projects. There are a couple of things that made this gun one of my favorites!
First, on this glue gun you don’t have to guess when it’s ready to use because the nozzle turns from blue to red! My absolute favorite thing though is a slot on the top of the glue gun which holds an extra glue stick.
The only problem I had was with the stiffness of the cord. It always seemed to get in the way when I was putting it down. This has always been a problem with me and glue guns though…so no big deal

Small glue gun with lots of great features!
When I received this glue gun, it looked like any other one at first glance. However, when I started using it, I noticed the great extra features like extra storage on top for another glue stick and tip color turning to red when thoroughly heated. What I was the most impressed with was the quality of the glue. I had used hot glue on a heavy wooden letter before and it didn't hold. With this glue gun, I decided to try it again and so far my letter is still attached (2 days now) and shows no sign of coming off soon.

Must-have for crafters!
I got this glue gun to try out. I've had several glue guns and wasn't sure if this would be better than the ones I have. Boy, was I surprised at all the little extras this glue gun had: extra storage for another glue stick, tip turning red when hot and the best of all was the quality of the glue. It had held a wooden letter in place I've tried several times to attach with my other glue guns. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a good glue gun.

Great value
I like that you get two guns for your money a traditional one and one that is a little more detail oriented. I had a lot better control with the pen style one. Also the tip changing to the color red when it’s hot it’s very convenient. No more touching the tip to see if it’s hot enough to use or cool enough to put away. The glue sticks come in a little plastic case which is a lot better than just down in the bottom of the bag like normal. All in all a great value for the money for small projects.

Westcott Mini Glue Gun Ergonomic is Awesome
I am used to using bigger style glue guns for my little hands so this mini glue gun seemed like a treat to my smaller hands. Ergonomic is very important to me and I just started making sure most of my crafting tools fall into that category. That is my favorite feature with this mini glue gun. There are a few cons to all the pros - I like that tip turns red when it is ready but it gets hot so the glue does flow faster than it should so I have to be prepared for a faster heavy flow, fits nice in smaller hands so if you have large hands this might easily be too small for comfort, has a glue storage slot...now that is just convenient and no cos there. I have been gluing Swarovski stones to cloth material, cloth material to wood, fake flowers to wire and paper tape, and so far and this glue gun has worked very well for me.

Westcott Mini Hot Glue Gun
The Westcott Safety Mini Hot Glue Gun is great for all your crafts and some household needs. I like that its mini making it easy to get in and around some craft projects I have going for Christmas. The low temp is great to, making it so you don't get burned easily. I also use it to make makeshift hems on curtains so the hems stay put till I'm ready to sew. And the glue magically disappears. I highly recommend this product for your project needs and household needs.

This mini glue hot glue gun has great features.I love that the nozzle changes from blue to red, indicating when the glue gun is hot and ready for use, It has a extra-large trigger allows for better control when using it for projects.
I also like that it has a glue stick holder, so the next glue stick is within reach when another one is needed. It is also easy to store because of the smaller size.

Safety Mini Hot Glue Gun
The Westcott Premium Safety Mini Hot Glue Gun is great for crafts and such. It comes with 2 glue sticks. When plugged in, the tip changes color from blue to red when it is hot. Also when unplugged it turns from red to blue so you know when it is cooled and safe to put away. It is easy to hold and control the amount of glue used. Works really good!

there are no instructions on how to take a glue stick out when it is too short for it to be pushed forward, is there any way to get any instructions sent to me?
Hi Maire,
The way to handle a short glue stick is by sliding another stick behind it to push the smaller one forward. The smaller stick will melt through usage and the new stick will be in place and seamlessly transition to become the glue stick in use.
