Rated 5 out of 5 by Marg1 from Fun soft gel scissors What fun scissors for kids and adults. The gel grip handles make holding these scissors so comfortable. Sized perfectly for small hands and with the blunt tip makes using them safe. They come in several pastel colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Monsterlab2 from Squishy does the job! These kid's scisscors are really fun! I got the lime green one and used it on a project with one of my co-worker's kids. The handle was really nice and comfortable due to the jelly handle. I was initially afraid the handle wouldn't be sturdy enough due to the material, but it held up really well and surpassed my expectations when we were cutting through cardstock and construction paper. The jelly handle actually helped with not hurting the hand too much when cutting through the thicker paper. Definitely a fun and useful scissor to have in a kid's crafting tool box. :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by KTeacher from Soft and Jelly Love these scissors! Sharp and pointy ( but not too pointy for kid scissors) the jelly handles make for such a comfortable grip. Texture soft with just a bit of stick so little fingers don’t slip but dirt doesn’t stick and make them grimy. I keep them in my bag for my needlepoint and other uses. Next chance I get I want to replace all my classroom scissors with these colorful scissors. I really think the soft grip will help my kindergarten students with the awkward struggles of learning how to cut.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KarinM from Super Comfortable To Hold! The Westcott Jellies are a 5" Kids Scissor with a pointed tip. They come in a variety of colors. The handles are a squishy gel like material that makes holding then extremely comfortable. Coming from a Kindergarten teacher friend these are absolutely perfect for little hands and fingers that get fatigued easily using a motor skill they aren't use to. I highly recommend these scissors for all the littles learning how to cut and create things! I'd like to see some Jellies in adult sized scissors too!

I let my granddaughter open the package and her excitement to see the pink scissors were priceless. She went right to work crafting with them and talking about how comfortable they were. They were a perfect size for her 5 year old hands, were easy to cut with and I enjoyed listening to her "oohing and aahing" when she cut the paper.

The squishy gel grip handles are fun and are easy for him to hold, use, and control. The blunt tips are equally important for safety. The colors are fun as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cc2016 from Soft, squishy handle. These scissors work great, as do all scissors by Westcott. I have a class set of Westcott scissors in my classroom of 25 students. The gel is very soft and comfortable. The gel is around a breakable material. If students squeeze on the circle of gel, they can break the material. The scissors are usable if that happens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by enolac from Gonna buy more! I love these little scissors! The are colorful and lightweight made just right for little fingers. They are shape enough to cut paper but not skin. Grand daughter loves to cut up paper and I can let her use these without worry of cutting herself.
