Fantastic usable tool!
They are called "value" scissors, but they are sharp, hold an edge and fit my hand well. I would rate that as VERY good cutters, and that's what matters in scissors, right??

very light weight
These are great office or classroom scissors. I usually prefer heavy duty scissors and these are not a heavy duty pair, but they are a good quality. They are very light weight and very sharp, which would be beneficial if doing a lot of cutting. I know when I have A LOT of cutting to do for a school project, my heavy duty scissors tend to tire out my hand. I will definitely be trying these out for the big cutting job. They may become my new go to scissors!

Good for quick cuts but uncomfortable for big jobs
I received these scissors to test and give my opinion. These scissors are good for light use. They are nice and sharp. But, the blades seemed very stiff. I had to use some effort to open and close them. They're fine for cutting a sheet of paper, but it would be uncomfortable to use them for bigger projects. The finger hole and thumb hole seemed a little small, as well. They would not be comfortable for extended use, in my opinion.

Good basic scissors for the price.
Good basic scissors. Not heavy duty by any means. I believe that this is one of their more budget orientated products I've purchased several other Westcott scissor before and I have several that are older than 10 years old still going strong. These are not constructed the same way. I will say that they are sharp enough for most household tasks. They are also cheap enough to have several one hand when they do start to dull.

I have used the Westcott brand for many years. It has not let me down. These scissors, though lightweight work quite well. I have tried them on various materials and they cut without fail. I like also that they are rust proof. They fit well in my hand and are easy to use.

GOOD OFFICE SCISSORS
These scissors are good to use in an office setting, or for kids crafts, school stuff, etc. They cut paper, string, yarn easily, and don't leave ragged edges. Just like any tool, they are made for a general purpose, and should be used as such. These scissors are not meant for cloth, cardboard (though they did cut it), anything heavier than crafting or office type things. They're great for what they are intended for.

Quality Everyday Scissors
The All Purpose 8in Bent Stainless Steel Scissors are the most economical pair of scissors to have around for everyday use. The stainless steel is sharp and made to last. With the bent handle they are perfect for cutting wrapping paper, construction paper and lightweight poster board. I also like that they are lightweight. My go to scissors!!
Westcott scissors are my go to scissors!! I have three sets for a variety of materials and I needed a pair for in the house.. the all purpose are the best fit for the kitchen drawer as they can cut most anything! From paper to plastics.. or even that nasty shipping tape.. they have quickly become the most popular pair of scissors in the house (and I need to go find them in my children's room most of the time).

Another great scissor from Wetcott!
Westcott scissors are my go-to for assured quality, durability, sharpness and longevity. And these scissors do not disappoint. I love that they are super sharp and the perfect size for my hand to prevent fatigue. My son came by the other day and grabbed them for a project that he was working on and said, "wow, I made the cut all the way in one clip. What kind of scissors are these?!" Westcott, of course.

Great Value
I use Westcott scissors both at work and at home and buy them for my kids for school. These scissors are great quality and a great value. It's important that they are not expensive because I cannot have enough scissors in my house! I am always looking for scissors! I bought these as a spare pair and they work very well for opening mail and packages and clipping coupons. Not fancy, but very handy.

These scissors are a great value for the cost. Not the highest quality scissors, but that is not what they are intended for. They are a value scissor that can be used for your occasional needs around the house. If you are looking for a high quality pair of sewing scissors then look elsewhere. Perfect lightweight scissors
These are great everyday scissors. Westcott scissors have always been the an extremely great value. The quality is superb compared to other brands. My students use these scissors daily in our school makerspace. These all purpose scissors are perfect for paper craft projects. They are lightweight and comfortable. They are easy for the young students to use.

Perfectly Pink Scissors
These are my new favorite scissors - truly! I have a pair of classroom scissors that I loved and they were immediately replaced by these. They cut through cleanly and sharply and are such a bright and beautiful color that they just make me happy. They cut through aper, cardstock, cardboard, fabric, even shoelaces (don't ask!). Overall I'm a fan of these!

Basic Value Scissors
These are basic value scissors, great to give to students or use in schools. However, I don't see them lasting long, they were pretty flimsy. Great for cutting paper thou, doesn't work well with cloth or thicker materials in crafting. Would highly recommend for students as said, not sharp but works and feels like adult scissors in size.

Good generic scissors!
If you are looking to have a good generic scissor lying around the house then this might be the scissors for you. Nice big blades that cut through several sheets of paper, cutting giftwrap and any other light to medium cutting jobs, these scissors will do nicely. Please note that they fit better in the hand of a right-handed person.

Great throw away scissors
Great throw away scissors. These were perfect for a project I was doing where I knew they’d have more glue on them then worth cleaning. They fit your hands decently well and are plenty sharp. I would not want to use them for a very long period of time but get the job done for smaller projects where minimal cutting is required.

A cut above the average
These scissors are fantastic. I especially like the way they cut soft laminate. I do a lot of laminating and I save these scissors especially for this. Other scissors do not give a clean cut and then the laminate peels. Oh how I hate that. These make a beautiful sharp clean cut so my laminated materials stay looking great

8" Ti scissors
Such a pleasure to use these scissors. The soft rubber grips are extremely comfortable. The bonded Ti blades stay sharp, cut with ease for either left or right hand. The Ti bonded blades are three times harder than untreated SS blades resulting in longer lasting blades, shaper blades and longer lasting cutting edge.

Great multi-purpose scissors!
Great multi-purpose scissors! These scissors are lightweight and easy to use. I could hold the scissors with either my right or left hand, but they were more comfortable in my right hand because of the contour of the handles. The blades are sharp and cut different items (paper, cloth, etc.) with ease.

Basic at its Best!
A good, basic pair of scissors that do the job required. No frills, just a reliable, sturdy pair to have on hand when needed. I keep mine in the car because you never know when they might be called to duty. Four stars instead of five because I prefer a slightly padded grip which this pair does not have.

These make the cut!
Good product, lightweight and they cut like butter.....coupons anyways! Not made for heavy duty jobs, but im sure they make a great pair of scissors for that too. I have a pair in almost every room because they are so affordable and perfect when crafting or just opening a bag of cereal in the kitchen

Sharp and dependable for all kinds of tasks. I keep them around for all kinds of cutting, and don't care if it's paper or cardboard because for the price if they dull or break I can afford more. So far they've not broken or dulled after several cutting jobs. Only time will tell how long they'll last.

Solid all around!
These are great scissors to keep around the house. I've used them any time I needed scissors for something and they have served me well. They are sharp and have held up to plastic blister packaging, boxes, paper, you name it, with no issues. I have pretty big hands and can use them comfortably.

Pretty good for basic scissors
Good for basic cutting of thin items like paper and plastic without much force needed. Built for average size hands. The length of the blade does make it a little easier if making small cuts in tight situations like thread in a sewing machine. I like that both tips are rounded and not sharp

Basic and still very user friendly.
I think that these scissors have a very simple design. They are great for light weight cutting tasks. We are a sports family and I use ours for cutting sport tape and wraps. The rounded tips make them safer to use. Only down side is the handles seem a little smaller than most scissors we own.

Theses are great!
Great Scissors. I didn't throw any super serious tasks at them but when I did cut with them they handled fine and seems likes good quality. I used them to cut construction paper. Thicker card stock as well as to break down a few cardboard boxes. They are still as sharp as when I opened them.

Great Light-Work Scissors
Although these scissors appear to be made with less than the highest quality of materials, they were not only sharp upon arrival, but they continue to retain their sharpness as they are often used for “light” cutting (one or two sheets of paper at a time, opening plastic bags, etc.).

I like these scissors. Sharp, light weight and easy on the hands. These are a little small for my hands but good for my wife. She also likes the color. Scissors pretty utilitarian but if you have arthritis, you really want a pair of lightweight and sharp scissors. These fit the bill.
